Certification Policy

We provide certification reports upon request for all of our emeralds and jewelry. All items are noted as GIA certified unless otherwise noted as “Not Certified”. Please note that a request for certification may entail an additional charge.

Clients are given the option to choose printed or emailed reports. Printed reports for items over $500 will be sent free of charge, and reports will be emailed for all items under that price point (unless you choose to upgrade to printed reports for a small fee). Third party lab reports cannot be replaced, so those will be sent once we confirm the client is keeping the item.
